Prior to founding Greenhouse, he co-founded Lab49, a global firm providing technology consulting solutions for the world's leading investment banks. Through Daniel’s firsthand experience as an entrepreneur, he has seen how valuable hiring and talent are to building world-class teams.
Jon drives the vision and strategy of the Greenhouse product, and works closely with customers on their journey to move up the Greenhouse Hiring Maturity™ curve.
Jon’s roots in product leadership go back more than 20 years. As General Manager of International at BabyCenter, he led what became the leading site for parents and steered its growth to a global business reaching tens of millions of unique visitors per month.
